Herbal Carpet and Upholstery Refresher

This Recipe will freshen up your Carpets while to clean the rest of the house. Using Essential oils in combination with baking Soda and a herbal Powder(s) will also disinfect and Refresh at the same time. So sprinkle some down on the carpet let sit and go clean or do something else later on vacuum the carpet but it does not stop working then. The  micro residues from the essential oils will slightly remain and continue to refreshen and Sanitize and those pesky dust mite will find another place to live. All without chemicals!!!

Stuff you will need:
1/4 Cup of Baking Soda

1 tablespoon of Tea Tree Oil

1/2 teaspoon of peppermint essential oil

1/2 teaspoon of thyme essential oil

1 teaspoon of rosemary essential oil

1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder optional ( for extra anti septic properties)

Directions:
Place Baking Soda in a food processor

add essential oils and powder (if used) and SHORT PULSE 3-5 times  Place in a glass jar and use as needed. Do Not over pulse it will turn out like a Goo instead of a powder.

Note you can replace the peppermint oil with another essential oil Like Lavender Pepermint also makes a great holiday scent
