Surviving with Herbs series "Diabetic Herbs"

"Diabetic Herbs"
Target: All Main Systems
Survival: Medicine

There is hope and happiness for those of you who have diabetes and seek alternative solution. The key is to know and understand what diabetes is.

In short: diabetes is the malfunction of normal distribution of insulin into the blood.
So why and what can potentially cause this?
First off a damaged or dysfunctional adrenal gland.
Damaged Alpha nodes in the liver caused by overstressed nodular activity(s) from a poor diet, genetics,an injury, excessive alcohol or from excessive and abusive uses of pharmaceutical drugs. These Alpha nodes in the liver can handle so much stress before they are subjected to failure(s). irregular and unregulated insulin flow to the pancreas for further delivery of insulin throughout the body as needed.
God Bless,

So what can we do to help all this out but naturally?

First, you need to slowly and safely “DETOX” your system from toxins and neurotoxin, this will help elevate the stress’ that cause your pancreas and liver and main systems to wok “HARDER” to deliver a consistent and normal regulated insulin flow as called upon without any resistances from stress’.

Second, to supply Nutritional Supplementation to aid in the prep for healing the damage particularly from applied stress’, abusive alcohol and substances and even physical injury.

Thirdly, Vitamin particularly B complex for Central Nervous System support it is the Central Nervous system through healthy neurotransmissions to the liver that also partake in the call and delivery of a normal insulin flow as well as the recall and to what rate of degree both are applied.

Finally, Healing needs to take place and over time through all of the above this can only happen and may require sacrifice but efforts will pay off.

So Which herbs do what and can play a major roll in all of the above?

Detox: dandelion, burdock root, milk thistle,  Turmeric root, pure lemon juice, pure lime juice, Goldenseal root, Cinnamon, Cayenne

Nutritional supplementation: Slippery Elm Bark, Spiruilla, Chlorela,

Surviving with herbs series "CAYENNE PEPPER" - The KING of Super Foods and Medicinal Herbs!

The Power of herbs for Survival Series "Cayenne"
Target:Circulatory System
Survival: Food

This will help you understand how powerful the enzymes in cayenne are.Dr. John Christopher a WW2 medic states in his book the school of natural healing that 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper will stop "ANY" bleeding internally or externally.
Another method is to take a cayenne tincture and thoroughly the gauze or bandage , and iI mean THOROUGHLY! Apply pressure for a min of 10-15  minutes to stop bleeding. To help minimize scaring after wound has stopped bleeding use a 2 percent dilution of lavender oil diluted with purified organic jojoba oil. Secondly, for internal bleeding take 1/2 cayenne powder or 2 full droppers of cayenne tincture in 10 oz. of warm water if using powder let disolve  as much as possible and drink 2times daily this can also be used as an external wash for minor cut and brushes.

Secondly, Another form of medicinal use of cayenne is to make a tea this is a powerful alternative to a tincture. Also, an  all natural healing "Salve" used together with cinnamon can be used to increase circulation in a localized area and the cinnamon will help with the delivery of blood and oxogen to nerve endings to aid in nerve repair. as well as minor neuropathy. Se recipe below.

Cayenne Tea:
take 1 teaspoon of cayenne powder and add 8 ounces of boiling water to it and let sit for 10-15 minutes. then strain with a coffee filter or cheese cloth or even a clean cotton shirt if nothing else is available. drink daily for adults only:

Cayenne Infused oil:
Please note this is different than essential oil it possess a lesser level of concentrates of capsicum.
take 4 tablespoons of cayenne powder and 8 ounces of grape seed or jojoba oil(preferred because of the high levels of vitamin E present help with increasing absorption.

Natural Solutions for back pain

Target: Muscular Skeletal System
Survival: Medicine

"Herbs for Back Pain"

Excessive walking or improper exercise techniques can stress out nerves and even cause a pinching effect( the restriction of blood flow and nutrients to the nerve and especially nerve endings which are most sensitive and cause discomfort. Added stress on the nerves can cause pain(s0 within the Central Nervous System. and may even cause a chemical imbalance and lack of oxogen supply to the brain because of poor circulation and can cause several levels of headache and arthritic discomfort throughout the body . Another factor is that poor hydration and mineralization absorption will also take effect because of the added stress on the immune system which in then stresses the Adrenal glands. To remedy this solution as best as possible we need to cut any inflammation(s) down and provide a full spectrum of B complex vitamins as well a nutritional support to the entire nerve.

Steps to take to help with back pain:

  • Increase blood circulation  for nutrition support

Bring water to a hard boil then add about 4 oz. of dried herb and bring down to a low simmer and let reduce to 1/2 about 20-30 mins.
Remove pot from heat and let cool to a warm temperature Strain and press ( I use a simple potato ricer to press out all the concentrates
Take a 4x6 or 6x8 muslim bag and soak in pressed herb water Fill the bag with the damp herbs and apply to effected area as needed .
Note: To keep the poultice bag warm throughout the day take the herb filled sack, re soak it in remaining herbal reduction(concentrate) and put it in a steamer for 5-10 minutes and reapply this will also act as a wet heat and will give better absorption warm temperatures are beneficial because they open up the pores system thus increasing absorption(s).

 2. Another way is to soak a large gauze pad not to soaked with the diluted essential oil or diluted essential oil blend and apply to effected area and wrap with an old but clean cotton shirt wrap gauze roll. Comfrey Ginger Lavender Cypress
