Preparing for a Seasonal Change " Natural Antibiotics"

A list of a few but not limited to Natural Antibiotics:

There are many herbs that have very powerful anti-biotic properties that Kill Bacteria and Viral infections naturally and safely without toxins. Yes this mean no opportunity for addiction.
Many herbs taget the immediate areas necessary with all necessary enzymes to heal and nourish naturally. a few powerful examples are Garlic, Oregano, Thyme, Echinacea, A freshly juiced apple if you drink it immediately(before oxidation process begins contains antiviral properties and many other healing nutrients and enzymes. And as the healing properties begin, the offset nutrients are continuously being applied to the entire system(s) thus providing necessary energy depleted by fatigue due to the stress on the main systems by an infection(s) ( either bacterial or viral). Adding thyme to your food or recipes will help defeat the cold and flus from bothering you often. My Grandmother put it in her soups, Breads, and homemade pastas and other good stuff.
God Bless,
