Herbs for Nutritional Survival provided enough nutrients that can be equal or even exceed a normal healthy dietary intake. The nutrients are targeted to all the vital systems ( Central Nervous System, Respiratory, Circulatory) and organs nutrients such as Mineral, Vitamins, and other vital enzymes.This section will provide recipes of tonics and juices that can be used in a survival situation, everyday use or during an Emergency. "Apple Blaster": a great spring Tonic
3 apples natural sweetener and anti viral
2 carrots for fiber
1 stalk of celery leaves and all natural sodium suplementation
1/4 wedge of an idaho potato cleansing properties(detoxifying)
1/2 knob ginger root for anti viral properties
"Virus Buster": More than a Cold and Flu tonic!
4 apples - natural sweetener and antiviral properties and to stimulate bowel movement and kidney flush
2 carrots - Fiber supplementation
1 celery stalk- for Sodium supplementation
1 clove garlic- powerful antiviral and circulatory stimulant
1/2" piece of ginger root - natural antiviral properties
1/4 handful of chicory- natural cleanse properties
Powerful Nutritional Soup Recipes:
Homemade Vegetable stock( with a natural secret additive for the immune system)
Sweet Potato Tamatilo Blast (Non Dairy Version)
2 lbs. pealed sweet potatoes
1lb. tamatillos
6 cups of vegetable stock
1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, thyme, cumin
1 cup non dairy creamer
2 tablespoons sweet butter
1 onion
Dice onion, then in a stockpot melt butter and add diced onion until onion is limp. Add and bring 6 cups of vegetable stock to a boil add carrots, salt, pepper, and lower to a simmer until sweet potatoes are soft. let cool return to blender and puree be careful if liquid is to hot you may crack the glass of your blender and or get burned. otherwise leave in pot and use an emulsifying or hand blender until it is smooth. add 1 cup non dairy creamer and mix in. ENJOY!
Carrot ginger Soup:

6 cups of vegetable stock
1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, thyme, cumin
1 cup non dairy creamer
