Natural Solutions for arthritis part #2

Natural Solutions for Arthritis Part #2

TARGET: Muscular Skelatol System

Rheumatoid  arthritis is a pain which targets the muscular skeletal system. In many cases effects joint area muscles but not limited to. This happens over time as oxidation forms within the joints causing inflammation there are many temporary solutions to help ease the pain and control the ability to control your own articulation thus limiting range of motion throughout.

There are internal and topical solutions as well as solutions with aromatherapy. But the only way to make the problem go away for good is to find the root cause of oxidation and inflammation. With internal supplementation.

A powerhouse of a herb for arthritis pain is White Willow Bark this herb targets nerves and has an aspirin like effect and has blood thinning properties. The body converts the salicin in the white willow bark and other species of the white willow family into salicylic acid. White willow is also good in aiding in most pains while providing a good supply of blood to the nerves and nerve endings loaded with healthy oxygen. This herb also has anti-inflammatory properties which aids also in inhibiting inflammation.

White willow barks ability to manage pain effectively may take a bit longer than normal aspirin but willow lasts longer and as aspirin has the ill effect in some to irritate the stomach lining willow will not cause these effects.

It is also said salicylic acid is used to dissolve warts and corns try using a little white willow on the wart or corn to dissolve it.

White willow bark is also good for Oral Care such as toothaches and nerve pain specific.

Natural Solutions for back pain

Target: Muscular Skeletal System
Survival: Medicine

"Herbs for Back Pain"

Excessive walking or improper exercise techniques can stress out nerves and even cause a pinching effect( the restriction of blood flow and nutrients to the nerve and especially nerve endings which are most sensitive and cause discomfort. Added stress on the nerves can cause pain(s0 within the Central Nervous System. and may even cause a chemical imbalance and lack of oxogen supply to the brain because of poor circulation and can cause several levels of headache and arthritic discomfort throughout the body . Another factor is that poor hydration and mineralization absorption will also take effect because of the added stress on the immune system which in then stresses the Adrenal glands. To remedy this solution as best as possible we need to cut any inflammation(s) down and provide a full spectrum of B complex vitamins as well a nutritional support to the entire nerve.

Steps to take to help with back pain:

  • Increase blood circulation  for nutrition support

Bring water to a hard boil then add about 4 oz. of dried herb and bring down to a low simmer and let reduce to 1/2 about 20-30 mins.
Remove pot from heat and let cool to a warm temperature Strain and press ( I use a simple potato ricer to press out all the concentrates
Take a 4x6 or 6x8 muslim bag and soak in pressed herb water Fill the bag with the damp herbs and apply to effected area as needed .
Note: To keep the poultice bag warm throughout the day take the herb filled sack, re soak it in remaining herbal reduction(concentrate) and put it in a steamer for 5-10 minutes and reapply this will also act as a wet heat and will give better absorption warm temperatures are beneficial because they open up the pores system thus increasing absorption(s).

 2. Another way is to soak a large gauze pad not to soaked with the diluted essential oil or diluted essential oil blend and apply to effected area and wrap with an old but clean cotton shirt wrap gauze roll. Comfrey Ginger Lavender Cypress

Antibiotic Resistant Modifiers

"Antibiotic Resistant Modifiers"

TARGET: All Main Systems,
SURVIVAL: Medicine

There are diseases and illness’  out their that are  antibiotic resistant this means they cannot be treated with antibiotics, simply because the bacteria changes and becomes tolerable to the antibiotic treatment . (in simple form) however there are powerful herbs and I mean powerhouses that are classified as “ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT MODIFIERS”  these are herbs that make the new bacteria non tolerable to the natural properties within the herb this is achieved through anti oxidation process’ and oxygenation process’ that the herbs also provides. Some process’ may, (depending on the bacteria) need to either inhibit or create a calcium channel(s)

Calcium Channels are molecular structures in the body which allow cells to transmit electrical charges to each other through the calcium channel.

Calcium is a vital signaling molecule that mediates muscle contraction, neurotransmission, gene expression and more. There are two main types of calcium channels; voltage-gated calcium channels, which open in response to changes in membrane potential and ligand-gated calcium channels,

Furthermore, Herbal extraction(s) Essential oils, Tinctures, Concoctions with high levels of concentrated enzymes( achieved through forced distillation and or cold infused (Single, Double, or Triple) or reduction methods to achieve a concentrated extraction aid in in coping with methicillin resistance.

A few powerful herbs that are ( but not limited to!!!):

Antibiotic resistant modifiers are:
Please note these are SUPER powerhouse herbs
Garlic: This herb increases both oxygenation and circulation and has the potential(depending on the bacteria to create calcium channels, This is due to the reaction(s) from acylcine which is a powerful antibody itself.
Lavender: for its anti-microbil  and antibacterial properties
Thyme:This her ha a very high O.R.A.C. level to decrease oxidation as well as provide antibodies to defeat the bacteria while confining it to a specific region. this region calcium channels are inhibited to prevent distribution throughout through these channels while also providing a means for oxidation.
Clove: A powerful antiviral,Antibacterial with anesthetic properties to aid in the relief of stress applied to a main system by slowing and or completed defeating the antibody resistance with its anistetic properties
Cayenne: This herb increases oxygenation of the blood while increasing circulation, creating calcium channels
White willow bark Thin and increases blood flow to deliver larger amounts of oxogen when called for by a main system.
Slippery Elm:this herb provides nutritional support while creating calcium channels
Ginger Root: This is a powerful antiviral that to aids in the relief of stress on all the main systems as well as the skeletal muscular system.
Oregano: for its powerful anti-viral anti-bacterial properties ( primary with greek oregano)
Cinnamon: for its antiseptic properties no virus or bacteria mutation(s) can live within the antiseptic properties of cinnamon.
Goldenseal: for the purity and powerful antiseptic properties
Bee Pollen/Propolis: for its powerful and purest form  of antiseptic properties along with the truest and purest unsynthesized form of B complex vitamins ,Enzymes, amino acids and nutrition(s) this is achieved from the cross pollination patterns of the bees during collection of pollen. This alone helps maintain a healthy Central nervous system and immune system

NOTE:
There are other Antibiotic Resistant Modifier herbs within Traditional, Egyptian, Greek,Chinese and Ayurveda Medicine. Which we will begin to get into VERY SHORTLY!!! These herbs date back over 3,500 years with great success.

Cayenne and Black pepper for self defense

Cayenne mixed with Black  can also be used as self defense.: a tincture off cayenne and black pepper  mixed with grape seed oil and put in a sprayer will give a Wallup to an intruder with the effects of a near military grade tear gas.

It is the same as making an cayenne/ Black Pepper  Lineament  adding a mineral oil that has a very high and fast absorption rate then placing it in an atomizer this will give a fog effect because of the micro particalation. and like other recipes that claim to be tear gas or even pepper spray, this needs to sit for a minimum of 2 weeks (the longer it sits the more potent it becomes. If you want to make the recipe I have had the recipe copyrighted because there is someone claiming this recipe is theirs and with no proof Google Took down the article If this happens again I will go to Word Press  and a full blown site within 8 hrs with a new address.  I have done countless hrs. on research from authentic natural medical books by  Dr. Christopher, Dr. Shook, Dr James A Duke,Jethro Kloss Sr. and Renne Casey,RN. as well as being taught by my ancestors with facts. My grandmother was a RN. who cared for the people in my community during the great depression Giving injections medical care (naturally as taught to her by her father). and feeding those who she could ,thus being non selective. She truly cared for others as her father taught her growing up in poverty she never quit but persevered teaching all that would learn. I to had the privilege of learning from my great Grandfather the values of Fidelity and family although I do not have a family of my own I do what I do and treat EVERYONE as family. And I will persevere like my grandmother and great grandfather not by just words but by actions and truth with facts. Because I to Care and will always care…   If you desire this recipe contact me via the contact tab.
