The Power of Oregano and Oregano Essential Oil:

The Power of Oregano and Oregano Essential Oil:

Target: All Main Systems
Survival: Medicine

Oregano is a powerful herb producing vital enzymes( high levels of concentrates of  thymol and carvacrol) that defeat infections (both bacterial and viral). They also help strengthen and maintain a healthy immune system and respiratory system. This herb is also classified as an antibiotic herb.

Oregano has a high O.R.A.C, level of 15,300 per 100 grams
Thyme has an O.RA.C. level of near 15,380 per 100 grams
O.R.A.C. is the scale used to measure the amount or degree of antioxidants present per measurement.
Both Thyme and Oregano have similar effects medicinally on the respiratory system. and when mad as a tea and cooled can be used as a mouth rinse for mouth and canker sores.

Secondly, Oregano is powerful as a tea or connection or tincture as well for bacteria and viral infections but does not possess the high levels of concentrates as
oregano essential oil.

Oregano Tea recipe:
2 tablespoons of dried oregano leaves preferably greek if possible, 10 ounces of boiling water let steep for 15 minutes  let cool then strain and press. drink with no milk or sugar you can add a bit of raw wildflower honey if needed.

Oregano Concoction Recipe
boil 2 cups of water and when water comes to a hard boil add herbs an bring down heat to a low simmer and cover for about 20 minutes or until water level has reduced to half. this is stronger than a tea but less levels of concentrates than a tincture good for sore throats or stubborn or persistent colds and flues and even bronchitis
A few benefits that these powerful enzymes help are:

A Sore Throat and antiseptic mouth rinse with anesthetic properties Recipe

1 pint of warm distilled water (not boiling)

3 drops of lavender essential oil diluted to 2-3 percent

Direction:
Blend all the essential oils together well first
Let the blend propagate for 24 hrs.
add 1 pint of warm distilled water and precise at least 35 time to disperse the oils throughout.
