Herbs for hot flashes and night sweats

Herbs for Night Sweats and Hot Flashes.

When we become of age and we the unpleasant effects of menopause there are natural solutions for this. Many effects of these issues can also cause fatigue irritability all due to  a lack of sleep due to the disruption by this overwhelming sensation(s) of heat.
God Bless,

Some say use a fan but during a period of sweating (particularly  during the night if you do fall asleep and you do sweat with the fan on you you can be subjected to catch a cold. So another solution is to wear loose clothing and if you do begin to sweat remove some layers of clothing. During more severe cases one may want to even change there cloths altogether thus allowing no toxins to return into the body through pores. Use luke warm water on a washcloth and moisten in the following areas to help cool you down:

  • Behind the neck.
  • Under armpits
  • Wrists
  • Behind knees
  • Earlobes

These areas of the body are sensory adaptive and can alter a chemical change in an instant in some cases, thus cooling the body down slowly and safely.

A few good herbs but not limited  are:

  • Black Cohosh
  • Chaste berry
  • Wild Yam
  • St Johns Wort
