Chickweed: used as a herbal coolant and mucus expectorant and also has anti inflammatory properties.
Comfrey: an anti inflammatory that picks up the immune system
Licorice Root: this root will not only act as an expectorant but also begin the healing process of the lungs inner wall lining.
Marshmallow Root: this herb is a muculent and will line the lung with a new mucus me brain particularly in week lungs due to smoking or even enficema
Mullen: this herb has a phytochemical and enzymes that give it expectorant and cleansing properties.
Horehound: Horehound a herb use for nearly 2k years particularly in Jerusalem also named Balotta is used to heal Bronchitis.
Ground Ivy: This Pesky Weed we are always trying to get rid of has powerful healing properties particularly with enficema.
White Willow: This herb is great for chest pains
Garlic: A natural anti biotic with anti viral properties

Mullen Tea 1 cup 3 times daily.
Marshmallow root Tea. 1 cup up to 3 times a day
Ground Ivy: 1/2 teaspoon dried herb in a 8 ounce cup of water for 4-5 minutes 1-2 times daily for no more than 3 days.
Chickweed: 1/4 teaspoon steeped in boiling water for 5 minutes or an eyedropper of tincture in 6 ounces of hot water 3 times daily
Licorice Root 1 teaspoon in boiling hot water steeped for 10-15 minutes ( Roots and Seed herbs Require more steeping time to extricate vital healing enzymes). 1 dropperful of tincture in a 8 ounce cup of hot water 2-3 times a day
Ground Ivy overdose has been said to Kill horses. Use with caution and do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. or with children or infants.
Licorice root : Do not use if you have blood pressure problems.
- 1 teaspoon of licorice root
- 1/2 teaspoon of horehound
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ivy
Place herbs in a tea ball or infuser pour boiling water over herb let steep for 10 minutes and press soaked herbs in infuser or tea ball with a clean teaspoon.
Add 1 teaspoon of RAW wildflower honey or Food grade vegetable glycerine.
“This Tonic Has a bitter taste” but is very powerful in healing. Do not take dairy during use of these herbs . Dairy will irritate any sores or lung infections thus increasing pain.
Lung Tonic #2 Recipe
- 1 teaspoon of horehound
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ivy
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayanne
- 1 teaspoon of ginger root
- 1 teaspoon of comfrey
- 1 teaspoon of cud weed
- 1 teaspoon of elecampane
Place herbs in a tea ball or infuser pour boiling water over herb let steep for 10 minutes and press soaked herbs in infuser or tea ball with a clean teaspoon.
