Natural Solutions for "Malnutrition"

       Malnutrition is a Children killer and is due to a lack of nutrients to your main system. These systems require various nutrient to function properly and optimal. Supplement, Herbs, Juice, and foods are used to fulfill this but not eating healthy can cause problems both short and long term e.g. fatigue, sore bones/ muscles, poor or diminishing eyesight, overall strength, memory issues, weak immune systems(are you always getting sick especially during a season change). a lack of vitamins and mineral can cause this. 

      So what does it take to maintain healthy main systems(respiratory, Circulatory,Central Nervous system)?  a few of the  Main ingredients that will help
Vitamins: Vitamin C for maintaining a healthy immune system. Vitamin B (full spectrum) an easy solution for this is (BEE POLLEN), Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Mineral such as  Calcium, Magnesium, Iron,  

        It is vital to keep healthily as possible while you can because when a situation poses itself and you do not have the resources to maintain a fully optimal system(s) It will be very important that your mains systems are as healthy as possible to sustain that situation as best as possible. I have put together some solutions; Foods Vegetables, and Fruits.


Fruit and Vegetable Nutritional Sauce: Apple, Carrot, Beet, Celery


Ingredients:
4 carrots
1 large Beet
2 stalks of celery
4 red delicious apples
1 mango

Directions:
1.Take all ingredients except for mango and place in boiling water till fork soft.

2. Place ALL ingredients with mango in a Blender, Food Processor, or a Food Mill you will get an apple sauce type sauce let cool or dehydrate and make leathers.







Juices:


Nutritional Juice Recipe #1

1/2 Beet
4 apples
2 stalks of celery
3 carrots
handful of Red Grapes Seeds and all
1/2 handful of dandelion greens



Nutritional Juice Recipe #2
4 Kale Leaves
3 apples
1/2 handful of spinach leaves
1/2 handful of dandelion greens


Nutritional Juice Recipe #3

1 pomegranate
2 handfuls of Red Grapes Seeds and all
4 apples
1/2 beet
1/2 handful of dandelion green


Nutritional Juice Recipe #4

4 apples
1/2 beet
3 carrots
1/2 lemon
handful of red grapes seeds and all
1 tablespoon of slippery em bark powder



A few Nutritional Foods 

Fruits and Vegetables:

Apples Juice  contains necessary calories and is a good sure of iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, b vitamins, antioxedents such as vitamin C.
Red Grapes Juice contains calories, iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, 
Concord grape juice also contains antioxidants and has a natural anti- inflammatory properties
Pomegranate juice- contains iron,potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, B vitamins, and vitamin C due to its natural sweetness diabetics should be careful  for it will increase sugar levels.
Beets contain iron, calcium. and  vitamin C and other Nutrients
Artichokes: contain iron, and a variety of B vitamins are also cholesterol free and low in carbohydrates.
Potatoes: contain iron, potassium, vitamin C, magnesium, fiber
Spinach contains iron, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C, sodium,fiber
Lemons contains vitamin C and is powerful  in aiding in maintaining a healthy immune system
Grapefruit vitamin C and is powerful  in aiding in maintaining a healthy immune system

1. Also all dark Beens are a good source of iron.
2. A POWERFUL HERB FOR MALNUTRITION is slippery elm bark.



How to make a "moc" chocolate milk drink with slippery Elm.
The Recipe:
Take 10 oz. Hot Milk 
2 tblspns Slippery Elm Bark Powder
1 tspn spoon honey

This can be added to fruit juices and create a freshness / earthy flavor. It adds a healthiness to a good quality fruit juice or add it to a freshly juiced juice e.g. apple celery carrot  or sprinkles some throughout your cereals hot or cold. Watch the difference!!!

So why is it so Great !!!
Slippery Elm was also used by native americans to remove the gamey taste out of their meats. It was also used to gel certain kinds of foods. this is because slippery Elm will absorb almost 20 times its volume and becomes like a liquid oatmeal ( this is also known as a gruel).

In case of famine slippery Elm can be used as a food. Because it also provides nourishment throughout the body and organs. it is the only herb that will, as it goes throughout the entire organ system of the body locate an ulcer  or cancerous sore;  stay within them and provide nourishment to the ulcer or sore and flush out the cancer , bacteria's thus aiding in the healing of the sores over time

How safe is Slippery Elm Bark? It is so safe it can be given to an infant in replacement of formula.

Note: due to slippery elms demuculant properties and it High absorption do not take this with any medication because it may effect the absorption of certain pharma drugs and will slow the absorption rate thus altering med levels.

Slippery Em is also great for cronic diarrhea especially for babies.
