Aids: Lobelia herb or tincture used in fomentation, as well as a few drops internally every few minutes this works well. To cut the phlegm, use a bayberry tea as a gargle(swallow after gargling). also use crushed garlic with cayenne and honey every few minutes to help clear the throat.

2 oz. distilled water, 2 drops of "PURE" (uncut) peppermint essential oil and 1 drop of Pure Thyme essential oil in a atomizer shake vigorously Spray the back of the throat several time This throat spray is a natural antiseptic and will also help cut the phlegm.

2 oz. distilled water, 2 drops of "PURE" (uncut) Anise essential oil and 1 drop of Pure Grapefruit essential oil in a atomizer shake vigorously Spray the back of the throat several time This throat spray is a natural Demuculant and will also help purge the phlegm.

Tinctures: Wild Cherry Bark , Marshmallow Root  place 1 eyedropper flu of Tincture in a WARM  glass 6oz. of distilled water. 


Anise is a powerful seed once ground or distilled into a pure essential oil. It is also powerful for coughs and purging mucus from lungs.

do not use before you go to bed because of its demuculant properties it will constantly bring mucus up if present all night long.
it is particularly good with chamomile tea.
2 teaspoons of Organic chamomile flowers and 1/4 teaspoon of ground anise seed steeped for 2-4 minutes taken with 1 teaspoon of pure honey NO MILK!
