Aids: Lobelia herb or tincture used in fomentation, as well as a few drops internally every few minutes this works well. To cut the phlegm, use a bayberry tea as a gargle(swallow after gargling). also use crushed garlic with cayenne and honey every few minutes to help clear the throat.
