In this Post I will layout the 5 major elements of realistically being prepared as well as countermeasures against obstacles when a preparedness plan is needed.


First,
For those of you that have been watching my video channel, reading my posts or subscribed to my blog I have said this, Food, Water, "PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS"  In this post I will be adding another vital element of preparedness; Important Papers and as the first element of the matrix of realistic preparedness.


Important Papers,Food, Water, Medicine,
"Personal Hygiene Products" 

Look at this list backwards; if there is a lack of personal hygiene products what will happen? lack of personal hygiene = "Bacteria(s) 2. Bacteria(s) = illness' which need medicine to heal or repair or eliminate. 3. Illness' need medicine but also nutritional supplementation(s).  In order to provide true nutrition to ALL our main systems we need Good Food and a Pure Water Source to maintain overall hydration health for this to gets applied to all our main systems. Removing one element from the necessary elements to survive will effect all the main systems of the human body; Respiratory, Circulatory, Central Nervous System as well as the skeletal and muscular system. 
Important Papers: 
This will be vital to identify yourselves as a LEGAL U.S. CITIZEN, as well as prove who you say you are is true.  This is more particularly for Civil Unrest and Martial Law. Their will be Government Control Points Managed by the Military, Fema, D.O.H.S. and depending at its severity the U.N.

Food:
In August of 2013 the LARGET Food Grab was initiated, on the largest Freeze dried manufacturer by purchasing Large amounts of food with the excuse that the government is feeding something was coming storm wise so FEMA wanted to be prepared as they were with the trailers.( notice many people are moving out of there homes and fultiming in RV's.

The largest Gun grab "SEEMED" to look like it failed so the Government as the food are making massive purchases of Ammo. this all limits the peoples abilities.


Water:
But what about water??? in NY a bill has passed and as citizens pay for water to come into the residence they now will have to pay for it again to leave and go down the drain. now creating 2 fees that will not be affordable to a individual and as a result less water will be used and then Personal Hygiene begins to degrade and bacterias form. as an illness  So now medicine is needed; But water is mores needed for proper hydration and absorption of medicine.


Medicine:
They are regulating Medicine through a government healthcare plan as a result of OBAMACARE medications as of January 2012 are no longer being manufactured . These meds include
Meds for those with:




  • Disabilities of the brain
  • Diabetes
  • Addictions
  • General overall Health


  • Personal Hygiene Products "A Must"
    This is mainly to defeat bacteria formation. With Bacteria present the human anatomy is subjected to: (to list a few)

    • Bacteria Infections
    • Viral Infections
    • Malnutrition
    • Muscular Skeletal system Failure
    • CNS Depression
    • Weakness
    • insomnia
    • Anxiety
    • Panic Attacks
    • Fatigue
    • Confusion 
    • Delerium

    • and in severe cases even "DEATH"

    On a side note,On a water system I highly recommend and have myself is the Mini Works MSR micro filter . This is issued to the US marines. Also note others due to wear from the dirty water supplies need to be replaced yes, (the Whole Filtering System) this unit has a maintenance kit that is very inexpensive and is comparable and if not bet than the other models out there I also cary a spare filter with my system.

    Thirdly, People must work together and not try to delegate all survival tasks and resources to themselves but with realistic and reliable individuals also remember we should also take glare of the disabled and the elderly regardlessly. and above all we MUST put GOD FIRST and include him in all we do plan and learn.     There are herbs that can sustain someone nutritionally by either supplementing some and or all of the nutrients needed by ALL of our bodies main systems.
