Natural Solutions for arthritis part #2

Natural Solutions for Arthritis Part #2

TARGET: Muscular Skelatol System
Survival: Medicine

Rheumatoid  arthritis is a pain which targets the muscular skeletal system. In many cases effects joint area muscles but not limited to. This happens over time as oxidation forms within the joints causing inflammation there are many temporary solutions to help ease the pain and control the ability to control your own articulation thus limiting range of motion throughout.

There are internal and topical solutions as well as solutions with aromatherapy. But the only way to make the problem go away for good is to find the root cause of oxidation and inflammation. With internal supplementation.

A powerhouse of a herb for arthritis pain is White Willow Bark this herb targets nerves and has an aspirin like effect and has blood thinning properties. The body converts the salicin in the white willow bark and other species of the white willow family into salicylic acid. White willow is also good in aiding in most pains while providing a good supply of blood to the nerves and nerve endings loaded with healthy oxygen. This herb also has anti-inflammatory properties which aids also in inhibiting inflammation.

White willow barks ability to manage pain effectively may take a bit longer than normal aspirin but willow lasts longer and as aspirin has the ill effect in some to irritate the stomach lining willow will not cause these effects.

It is also said salicylic acid is used to dissolve warts and corns try using a little white willow on the wart or corn to dissolve it.

White willow bark is also good for Oral Care such as toothaches and nerve pain specific.

White Willow Bark
Description:
White Willow (Salix alba [Latin]), also known as weeping willow, and Salicin willow, has been renowned for its pain- and inflammation-relieving abilities for thousands of years. The bark of the white willow tree contains salicin, an analgesic compound from which from which salicylic acid and later acetylsalicylic acid (otherwise known as aspirin) were derived. Today, herbalists recommend white willow bark for headache, fever, arthritis, and other disorders characterized by pain and inflammation, including heart disease.

White willow contains the same salicylates used in aspirin, but in a less concentrated form. Although aspirin works faster, white willow may be a better choice for those who get stomachaches from aspirin or who are treating chronic pain conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis.

Low dose aspirin are now recommended to prevent heart attack. Aspirin thins the blood, which can help prevent blood clots that cause heart attack and stroke. Drinking willow bark tea may have the same effect, without increasing the risk of stomach bleeding and ulcers. White willow can also suppress inflammation and uterine cramping caused by prostaglandins.

Like aspirin, white willow may help reduce the risk of stomach and colon cancer. In one study it was also shown to help reduce blood sugar.

White willow is available in bulk powder or capsule form.

Also it is said that if you have Gaul or Kidney stones you should not take ginger simply because it can possible cause stones in some people.
Secondly, If taking Willow Bark you should refrain from it 72 hrs. before a scheduled Blood test because of the aspirin like effects it has it also acts as a natural blood thinner. Third, If you have low blood pressure you should not take Turmeric. It will lower your Blood pressure even more.
