A Powerful Herbal Nasal Spray:
For near imediate relive from nasal infections use the following recipe in a nasal sprayer 2 times daily
You will need:
1 tablespoon of dried godenseal root
1 tablespoon of echinacea root
1 cup of distilled water
Directions:
Bring 1 cup of distilled water to a boil in a non aluminum saucepan add herbs and stir well cover and lower heat to a low simmer for 30 minutes. Let cool and stain 3 times through a coffee filter or a fine cotton cloth.  fill nasal sprayer and breath in through each nostril while spraying into while closing the other nostril.  this can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days before a new batch is needed to be made.

For more severe cases add 1 tablespoon of raw wildflower honey into mixture and completely disolve before adding to sprayer ( when adding honey you do not have to refrigerate and the shelf life will be good for an easy 10 days.
Your sinus' will immediately decongest and clear the nasal and upper nasal passages, this is due to the powerful detox and antiseptic properties in the berberine in the golden seal root. The anti bacterial properties in the echinacea will help with any bacterial infections that may be present and in a very mild way aid in strengthening the immune system subliminally.

A few good mouth rinses:

Thyme, peppermint:This will act as a antiseptic while opening both the nasal and bronchial passages.
Apple Cider Vinegar; For its antibacterial properties and healing properties from the present levels of pectin.


A good mouth rinse/Gargle Recipe for nasal infections:

You will need: 

  • 2 tablespoons of dried thyme leaves
  • 16 oz. of distilled water
  • 3 tablespoons of dried marshmallow root
  • 2 drops of Pre-diluted essential oil of oregano to 2 percent 
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider vinegar
  • 2 drops of Pre-diluted essential oil of peppermint  (or 2 tablespoons of dried peppermint leaves)
  • 2 tablespoons of dried licorice root herb


Directions: 
Bring  distilled water to a boil and add all dried herbs,  Bring heat to a very low simmer, Place a lid on the pot (any herbal oils distilled will return to the water)
for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool, Press and strain soaked herbs into a sterile jar.

rinse or gargle 2-3 times a day this will also help a sore and irritated throat especially due to mucus drain/drip.

Note if you have blood pressure issues do not use licorice root

Look at this list backwards; if there is a lack of personal hygiene products what will happen? lack of personal hygiene = "Bacteria(s) 2. Bacteria(s) = illness' which need medicine to heal or repair or eliminate. 3. Illness' need medicine but also nutritional supplementation(s).  In order to provide true nutrition to ALL our main systems we need Good Food and a Pure Water Source to maintain overall hydration health for this to gets applied to all our main systems. Removing one element from the necessary elements to survive will effect all the main systems of the human body; Respiratory, Circulatory, Central Nervous System as well as the skeletal and muscular system. 
Important Papers: 
This will be vital to identify yourselves as a LEGAL U.S. CITIZEN, as well as prove who you say you are is true.  This is more particularly for Civil Unrest and Martial Law. Their will be Government Control Points Managed by the Military, Fema, D.O.H.S. and depending at its severity the U.N.

Food:
In August of 2013 the LARGET Food Grab was initiated, on the largest Freeze dried manufacturer by purchasing Large amounts of food with the excuse that the government is feeding something was coming storm wise so FEMA wanted to be prepared as they were with the trailers.( notice many people are moving out of there homes and fultiming in RV's.

Water:
But what about water??? in NY a bill has passed and as citizens pay for water to come into the residence they now will have to pay for it again to leave and go down the drain. now creating 2 fees that will not be affordable to a individual and as a result less water will be used and then Personal Hygiene begins to degrade and bacterias form. as an illness  So now medicine is needed; But water is mores needed for proper hydration and absorption of medicine.


Medicine:
They are regulating Medicine through a government healthcare plan as a result of OBAMACARE medications as of January 2012 are no longer being manufactured . These meds include

  • Addictions
  • General overall Health

    Directions: take 10 ounces of cold water  2 tablespoons of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of raw wildflower honey and mix well until all is mixed well and dissolved drink daily making a tea out of this recipe is good for sinus infections.

    Elder Rose hip syrup: this healthy daily tonic is “loaded” with vitamin “C” and helps maintain your immune system.

    Echinacea, Rose hip: this immune system support through echinaceas enzymes and rose hips high levels of vitamin “C”

    Fresh tomatoes are very refreshing all year long. Particularly when cool This very simple recipe is fun easy and inexpensive and packs medicinal properties as well.
    You can even take this recipe and run it through a juicer or blender for a powerful cold tonic.

    Recipe:


    • 4 fresh beaf stake tomatoes diced
    • 1/2 teaspoon of thyme powdered in a coffee grinder or herb mill as long as they are small.
    • 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
    • 1/2 sweet yellow onion diced
    • 4 sprigs of fresh cilantro


    Directions: Add all ingredients together and mix with a pairs or clean hands or a wooden spoon.  you can  use right away but the longer it sits the better the flavors taste (this is known as a propagation period)
    Note: adding a 1/2 cup of ice to this and ran through a blender makes a very refreshing Summer cooler for those night tiki parties or hot humid days as well as general barbecues.






    Secondly, making this cooler during the winter months and heating it up in a saucepan makes an incredible soup bringing the summer right into the winter. also add more fresh cilantro and watch your mood changes from the gloominess of winter to a bright happy day of a new spring.

The pectin in the apples help in many ways to support and maintain a healthy immune system as well as having anti-viral properties. The celery helps replace and balance the electrolytes by replenishing the sodium to a safe level and creating a well balance of distribution of all the nutrients from all the nutritional effect of this juice/tonic. The carrots provide provitamin A  (beta Carotene), iron, vitamin c, b complex besides minerals sodium, calcium, phosphorus. And are easy to digest

    A Detoxifying Lung Tonic:

    TIP: if you find either pure lemon or lime juice to hard to pallet here is a trick to make it more palatable ad 1 ounce of organic apple cider vinegar.




    How to use:

    Take 4 ounces of pure lemon or Lime juice , STRAIT followed by 16 ounces of filtered water daily.

    This simple little trick helped me clear TOTALLY my kidney stones without any pain. and for me it to a Good 2 days before the pain totally and completely stopped but within a few hrs that horrific knife pain diminished. I keep Pure lemon juice as a back up if I do not have any lemons or limes on hand


    But it is also said a shot glass of Organic unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar will provide the same effect as the lemon juice

    Hay fever Tonic

    A Helpful Hay fever Tonic


    This hay fever tonic works wonders every season I have used it nearly 40 years with great success as well as many others.

    Survival Properties:This healthy tonic has many uses and is good as a medicinal tonic for overall health. ( high low blood pressure, dry brittle nails, asthma, asthmatic hay fever, ph balance). This is a great pick me up tonic on those hot and humid days. On those Cold days and drunk as a hot tea will help with a sinus infection.






    Hay fever Tonic Recipe:

    Ingredients:
    10 oz. Cold filtered water
    2 tablespoons raw wildflower honey
    2 tablespoons Raw Unfiltered Apple cider Vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon of royal jelly. optional ( this will help fight fatigue)

    Directions:
    Mix all ingredients very well making sure all ingredients are fully dissolved.

    Take often as needed



     Special note brush teeth after use  or as often as possible during the day if you use it a lot too much apple cider vinegar can slightly possibly effect the enamel on the teeth.
