Top Natural Solutions for Pneumonia

Top Natural Solutions for Pneumonia;

Pneumonia is a respiratory system infection that severely weekend the immune system, swells the lung with a fiber like congestion of mucus. Bacterial and viral infections are retransmitted to other cells through this contaminated mucus/phlegm. it is vital to clear the lungs as quickly as possible to also reduce the added burdens on the immune system.

A few good methods to a solid and quick recovery are:
Thieves oil as a disinfectant of the environment and the lungs.
High doses of vitamin C for immune system recovery and support. See Vitamin C syrup recipe at bottom of this post. and importantly nutritional supplementation(s) and hydration especially with pure coconut water when possible this will help balance electrolytes.

Antibiotic Resistant Modifiers

"Antibiotic Resistant Modifiers"

TARGET: All Main Systems,
SURVIVAL: Medicine

There are diseases and illness’  out their that are  antibiotic resistant this means they cannot be treated with antibiotics, simply because the bacteria changes and becomes tolerable to the antibiotic treatment . (in simple form) however there are powerful herbs and I mean powerhouses that are classified as “ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT MODIFIERS”  these are herbs that make the new bacteria non tolerable to the natural properties within the herb this is achieved through anti oxidation process’ and oxygenation process’ that the herbs also provides. Some process’ may, (depending on the bacteria) need to either inhibit or create a calcium channel(s)

Calcium Channels are molecular structures in the body which allow cells to transmit electrical charges to each other through the calcium channel.

Calcium is a vital signaling molecule that mediates muscle contraction, neurotransmission, gene expression and more. There are two main types of calcium channels; voltage-gated calcium channels, which open in response to changes in membrane potential and ligand-gated calcium channels,

Furthermore, Herbal extraction(s) Essential oils, Tinctures, Concoctions with high levels of concentrated enzymes( achieved through forced distillation and or cold infused (Single, Double, or Triple) or reduction methods to achieve a concentrated extraction aid in in coping with methicillin resistance.

A few powerful herbs that are ( but not limited to!!!):

Antibiotic resistant modifiers are:
Please note these are SUPER powerhouse herbs
Garlic: This herb increases both oxygenation and circulation and has the potential(depending on the bacteria to create calcium channels, This is due to the reaction(s) from acylcine which is a powerful antibody itself.
Lavender: for its anti-microbil  and antibacterial properties
Thyme:This her ha a very high O.R.A.C. level to decrease oxidation as well as provide antibodies to defeat the bacteria while confining it to a specific region. this region calcium channels are inhibited to prevent distribution throughout through these channels while also providing a means for oxidation.
Clove: A powerful antiviral,Antibacterial with anesthetic properties to aid in the relief of stress applied to a main system by slowing and or completed defeating the antibody resistance with its anistetic properties
Cayenne: This herb increases oxygenation of the blood while increasing circulation, creating calcium channels
White willow bark Thin and increases blood flow to deliver larger amounts of oxogen when called for by a main system.
Slippery Elm:this herb provides nutritional support while creating calcium channels
Ginger Root: This is a powerful antiviral that to aids in the relief of stress on all the main systems as well as the skeletal muscular system.
Oregano: for its powerful anti-viral anti-bacterial properties ( primary with greek oregano)
Cinnamon: for its antiseptic properties no virus or bacteria mutation(s) can live within the antiseptic properties of cinnamon.
Goldenseal: for the purity and powerful antiseptic properties
Bee Pollen/Propolis: for its powerful and purest form  of antiseptic properties along with the truest and purest unsynthesized form of B complex vitamins ,Enzymes, amino acids and nutrition(s) this is achieved from the cross pollination patterns of the bees during collection of pollen. This alone helps maintain a healthy Central nervous system and immune system

NOTE:
There are other Antibiotic Resistant Modifier herbs within Traditional, Egyptian, Greek,Chinese and Ayurveda Medicine. Which we will begin to get into VERY SHORTLY!!! These herbs date back over 3,500 years with great success.

Herbs for Congestion

Herbs For  Congestion:

Target: Respiratory System
Category: Medicine

Excessive Mucus/phlegm  cause excessive stress on the respiratory system as well as the Central Nervous System.  Excessive mucus build up excretes through an airway passage/opening(s) causing irritation to both nasal and bronchial passageways . Excessive amounts of phlegm or mucus can trigger a bronchial spasm which in tern causes more irritation. The first thing we have to do is determine what is the cause of the Congestion (cold, Flu, Allergies etc) ?

If congestion is caused by allergens then histamines may of been released by pollen or a food or dairy enzyme.  if this is the case we need a herb with anti-histamine properties, and for this particular scenario Licorice Root would be the Herb of Choice taken as a tea. But this herb can effect blood pressure levels if you have a blood pressure problem do not use this herb.

If Congestion is caused by excessive coughing  then their may be a bronchial spasm present, In this case we need a herb with antispasmodic properties; Cayenne tincture is a wonder of an antispasmodic but just 1/4 to 1/2 of a drop of tincture on the tongue or 1 drop of tincture  in 6 ounces of warm water.

Expectorants:
These are herbs that will expell mucus and or phlegm and these herbs must to be used carefully such as anise seed is a powerful expectorant and if taken before you go to bed you will be up all night bringing up mucus and or phlegm  The best way to take this is in a tea form as the heat will aid in breaking up the large amounts of phlegm into smaller quantities to be expelled. When broken up in smaller amounts there is an unlikely hood of a bronchial spasm to become present.

A few Good Expectorant Herbs are but not limited to:

  • Anise
  • Peppermint
  • horehound
  • mullein
  • wild cherry
  • licorice
  • elecampane

Demuculant: These are herbs that aid the mucus membrane with a soothing effect by softening the mucus membrane. As they soften the mucus membrane it begging the healing process.

A few Good Demuculant herbs:

  • Licorice:
  • Slippery Elm Bark
  • Marshmallow Root
  • Mullein
  • Irish Moss
  • Comfrey
  • Cornsilk
  • Flaxseed

A Powerful Lung Tonic:

  • 1/2 ounce Comfrey root
  • 1/2 ounce Horehound

  • 1/2 ounce Cayenne
  • 1 1/2 lbs of raw wildflower honey

Directions:
simmer the first four herbs in 3 pints of water for 25 minutes strain over the ground ivy and cayenne  add the honey while hot. allow to cool and bottle.

  • 1 pint raw wildflower honey
  • 1 1/2 pints of distilled water

Herbs for Sinus Infections:

There are some great herbal aids for sinus infections. Teas are the best because of the steam like warmth provide better purification(antiseptic) as well as creating a greater absorption.  mouth rinses are as well good providing anti-septic, anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties

Sinus infections are primarily caused by toxin overload and create a bacteria haven causing excess mucus. This in tern causes a stress on the respiratory and central nervous system and immune system because now these systems have to work harder to maintain a minimal of good health causing tiredness, fatigue, irritability, headache. and cold like symptoms as well as excessive mucus flow. (nasal drip).

The key to helping a sinus infection is to detox the nasal and bronchial passages from both bacterial and viral and microbial properties then to aid in relief of the mucus membrane from excessive drainage of mucus throughout then to begin the actual healing process.

Also it is important to stay away from all dairy products to reduce any additional enzymes that will create unnecessary mucous and mucous membrane irritation(s)

Some Good herbal teas are as follows:

Echinacea/ Goldenseal: anti-bacterial anti-septic
Thyme: anti-bacterial/ anti- viral
Oregano: Anti-Bacterial, Anti- Viral
Apple Cider vinegar:  antiseptic and demuculant
Cinnamon: ( well diluted and in very small doses) Anti-septic
Licorice root: for its powerful healing properties of membrane walls
Lavender: anti-microbial
Marshmallow Root: demuculant will help sooth irritated membrane walls.

Let cool and stain 3 times through a coffee filter or a fine cotton cloth.  fill nasal sprayer and breath in through each nostril while spraying into while closing the other nostril.  this can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days before a new batch is needed to be made.

For more severe cases add 1 tablespoon of raw wildflower honey into mixture and completely disolve before adding to sprayer ( when adding honey you do not have to refrigerate and the shelf life will be good for an easy 10 days.
Your sinus' will immediately decongest and clear the nasal and upper nasal passages, this is due to the powerful detox and antiseptic properties in the berberine in the golden seal root. The anti bacterial properties in the echinacea will help with any bacterial infections that may be present and in a very mild way aid in strengthening the immune system subliminally.

A few good mouth rinses:

Thyme, peppermint:This will act as a antiseptic while opening both the nasal and bronchial passages.
Apple Cider Vinegar; For its antibacterial properties and healing properties from the present levels of pectin.

The respiratory system is a main system not only because it is a main system because All molecules, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and blood matter need and transport oxogen which is transported throughout the body by and through molecular transformation(s)  a molecule is amended to incorporate the oxogen to build a necessary molecular cluster for delivery. this transformation is called or known as a synthisazation process  this is the process that a molecule allows and or calls upon 02 levels to bind to it.

The h2o  bound to the molecule once synthesized become a component of the molecular structure. it the molecule is now ready with its necessary composition for distribution to specific and or multiple organs and other main systems

Once the Molecule has been fully composed of all necessary components ( h20,Vitamin, Amino acid, and mineral enzymes) it know is ready to bind to other molecules in an array format to the infinite. (never stops processing).

Natural Solutions for Congestion

Natural Solutions For Congestion

Sinus and lung congestions are effects of an lineament infection. But what happens when Congestion occurs?

First of Congestion is caused by a weekend or stressed immune system, which then passes stress onto the main systems, but particularly the Central Nervous System. and this infection can block the neurotransmitter ACH, With this being done histamines are released into the blood and to a degree before the vascular systems dilate otherwise we would have anaphalatic shock present. So as a result we get and increase production(s) of mucous membrane.  when mucus congeals it forms a phlegm like substance that is molecularly heavier in wright both and in volume and then due to excessive stress on the main systems needs to excrete or exit. from the lungs through the airway(s) nose and throat.  So we need to do a few thing to achieve a natural countermeasure:
1. Produce antihistamines ( to counter the realease of histamines).
2. initiate and maintain  a healthy immune system for optimal healing
3. supply demuculant(s) to the existing condition This will help expel Phlegm an uncoagulated mucus' while antihistamines begin to work.
4. use of a antispasmodic to help calm coughing due to muscular spasms of the throat( Cyane is great for this) (1 drop per 6 ounces of warm water) use as needed.

IMPORTANT! Begin the healing process nutritionally:
Providing a Lung lung and blood  detox is vital (chicory tea is a great lung detox.) dandelion and burdock root is also great for purifying the blood of toxins and neurotoxins. Secondly, WE need to regain all nutritional values to maintain a healthy immune system and main systems.I recommend the following

Tea Recipes:
I. 1 tablespoon of dried chicory or 1 handful of fresh but bruce the stems and leave or dice it up  add boiling water let steep for 4-5 minutes (twice daily)
II. Burdock root and dandelion tinctures add 1 eyedropper full of either tincture to 6 ounces of hot filtered water and mix well and let sit for 10-20 seconds drink twice a day for 5 days  No dairy or sugar during these days

Be Pollen for it will provide all the nutrients needed to initiate and maintain a healthy immune system.
Slippery Elm Bark will help begin the healing go the organs by providing nutrient to them and assisting in maintaining a healthy immune system.
Marshmallow root to be used as a Demuculant and to help sooth irrupted membrane walls due to overactive spasmodic activities (coughing) sneezing) deep or short.
Wild Cherry Bark  can be used as an expectorant in severe cases.take 1 eyedropper 1/2 eye dropper in a 6 oz. glass of filtered or distilled warm water

Steam inhalation as an expectorant and antiposmadic:

Take a non metallic pot filled with distilled water and use Peppermint or eucalyptus essential oil 3 drops of either  after the water becomes  boiling  then place a towel over your head to catch as much steam as possible by closing your eyes and breathing in with both your nose and throat but primarily with your bout peppermint and eucalyptus will both open the airways by calming the mucus membrane spasmodic activity.

Another method is to take 4 cups of distilled water and once the water begins to boil add slowly 1 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar this will help break up and expel the phlegm as well as detoxify the airways of histamines.

Another therapeutic way to cleanse your airways of mucus is Cinnamon take 4 cup of distilled water and bring it to a boil lower heat and maintain a simmer add 2 tablespoons of cinnamon or 2 cinnamon sticks let simmer for 20 seconds  then close your eyes and take a few SHORT breathes bathing in the cinnamon steam. Cinnamon is a natural antiseptic and will also help Colds, Flus, Bronchitis and phuemonias.

Herbal Remedies for Congestions:
