Preparing for a seasonal change juicing for a healthier you”

“Weeds, Herbs, Vegetables, and Fruits that bring a new hope”

All Through a simple, fun, and inexpensive process called … “JUICING”

Target: Immune System
Survival: nutritional food and medicine

Juicing with organic fruits, vegetables, weeds and herbs are a powerful means of nutritional support. This type of nutritional support is in no way artificial but pure, thus extracting the raw elements from the juicing process. You will also experience a whole new flavor, in your taste and desires for processed foods.  In addition to a whole new healthier you and the combination(s) of herbs, weeds, vegetables, and fruits that you used bring a whole new hope to you. Those who may have experienced anxiety and or panic attacks will notice they will begin to diminish thus balancing the bodies natural chemical makeup while naturally detaining all the toxins and neurotoxins that are used in low quality fillers for pharmaceuticals and over the counter meds as well as those cheap China made herbal supplements that are trying to infiltrate the good herbs these supplements usually found at gas stations in quick paks do more damage than good the shock the targeted main system causing a temporary fix but leaving a damaged and weakened main system in tact.

Your Metabolism:
When You Juice with natural organic herbs, weeds, vegetables and or fruits the enzymes a raw clean and unsynthesized.  Also your metabolism works much more efficient. This is due to a higher absorption rate because now your PH levels become more in –check (balanced). Your cravings for junk foods diminish to null. And now your system carries less stress on the immune and main systems.

Natures Raw Supplement:
Here juicing with Organic Weeds, Herbs, Vegetables, and Fruits we can now supplement any deficiency(s) present in our body, e.g. iron deficiencies’ can be supplemented by juicing a combination of vegetables. Maintaining proper hydration can be supplemented by juicing a single fruit. Arthritic pain and inflammation can be supplemented from juicing a combination of vegetables, fruits and a raw herbal root,  and the list goes on .

But why does it actually work?
Nutritional supplementation(s) hedges on the Ph levels, which partially controls the metabolism functionality. E.G. the more balanced your PH level is the more optimal your metabolism with function all through vitamin, mineral, amino acid and nutrients’ all individually and or collectively being absorbed at the proper time!

With a good Juice Recipe one can even safely loose weight.  I will not go into this topic because I am writing a full post dedicated to “Juicing for weight loss.  But in short even in this topic a metabolism that is functioning optimally it crucial for the fat to transition to muscle and to burn up efficiently during an exercise or daily activities..

preparing for a seasonal Change "the vitality of the Human PH"

"The Vitality of PH Balance"

It is very important for PH(this measures the acidity of a substance) levels to be normal (balanced) otherwise the systems become to Alkaline or Acidic. The Human Body needs to be at and remain at 7.0-7.4 which is slightly acidic, However below 6.8 and above 7.8 can have lethal consequences.  In Basic:  the Human PH below 7.0 indicates higher acidity  or higher than 7.0 is also known as alkalinity  THE NEUTRAL is 7.0
So Why is Human PH So Important?
Human Blood PH must remain within a certain level to remain alive. This has an effect on all the main systems an imbalanced PH ether to acidic or alkaline can weaken the functions of the main systems; Respiratory, Circulatory, Central Nervous System, Muscular skeletal System. Thus causing added stress from improper or efficient functionality can cause illness' due to the fact or a week immune system or a lack of nutrient to the synapse and or neurotransmitters thus also causing issues in the absorption of vitamins minerals and amino acids and portents as well as their communications to the vital cells of the vascular walls and organs and reproductive system.

A week immune system will cause the effects similar to an auto immune disease, thus an individual is always getting sick and sick very easily and remedies particularly pharmaceuticals not to work as effectively because their need of synthizization of other vital elements of the Human Body, e.g. Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, Nutrients. etc. Yes, all these a strong and healthy immune system is vital always and in very particularly during a Seasonal change to provide all the necessary resistances to viral and bacterial infections.

The Human PH if unbalanced, will give germs and microorganisms the upper hand  causing a potential infection. and with a week immune system in place weather due to just recovering from a previous illness or poor nutritional supplementation  will lead to and illness , e.g. aches and pains, cold and flu,  head aches, fever, fatigue,  all adding  additional stress' to the main systems thus making it harder to recover and even causing Confusion in thinking.

Also if a system is to alkaline it can cause Heart burn and Reflux. That is why if someone who has acid reflux and or heartburn if the took a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar right away their heartburn will disappear almost immediately. This is because the stomach was more alkaline and adding apple cider vinegar to it made it adjust and become more balanced thus as stated above "a bit more acidic.

A  PH Tonic Recipe:

  •  10 ounces of Warm Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients well making sure all is dissolved, then  drink

take 2 times daily  " This Tonic  will give someone a PH of "7" (thus bringing the Human PH to NEUTRAL)

Preparing for a Seasonal Change "The Common Cold in Detail"

Preparing for a Seasonal Change
"The Common Cold in Detail"

Visit our other post:
Bee Pollen in detail

The common cold is the onset of systems breakdown, the weakening of the immune system due to lack of nutritional supplementation(s) overall, e.g.. poor Diet and or hygiene practices but nit limited to.

A few symptoms of the common cold can be recognized as a disorder of the respiratory tract also caused by exposure and resulting in catarrh and the invasion of microbial cleansers.

Although the affliction is usually mild and short and can be identified with effects of the  cold chills, followed by sneezing watery eyes, congestion and discharges from the nose and throughout from mucus membrane. the weakening of the immune systems due to lack of nutrition contribute to all these effects of the main systems. and also one may be subjected to coughing, fever, ear ache, nausea headaches and in more severe cases weakening of he muscular system causing overall weakness; and ache's' .

The main thing its to get the infection out of your system As soon as possible through detoxification, urination, Bowel Movement , and or sweating (the opening of the poors to excrete excessive and unwanted body fluid(s). thus also caring the infection with it to exit the body. This degenerates the bacterial or viral infection sources and through the aid of a healthy immune system a solid healing process can begin without concern for relapse occurring.

The use of diaphoretic are used for the induction of opening the poors and inducing sweating.
Diretics are used to increase urine flow slowly and safely

Blood Purifiers act as a Detox method thus weakening the infection(s) through the cleansing of a bacteria through process of elimination.

The use of these types of herbs can aid dramatically in the overall wellness and recovery of a patient.

A few good herbs but not limited to are;

Echinacea: for maintaining a healthy immune system
Yarrow: A diaphoretic that induces sweating and is powerful for treating fevers at times even overnight. 9 here the poisons within the main system causing an infection is the main cause of a fever to surface. However the elimination(s) of the infection(s) either Bacterial or Viral or even both in more severe cases e.g. Bronchitis, Pneumonia.
Goldenseal: a powerful antiseptic used to assist the properties of another herbal property in more sever cases.
Oregano: A powerful Antibacterial with antiviral properties  to defeat infection
Ginger: a powerful Calmative / Antiviral aids in relaxing the stress main system(s) and producing antiinflammatory properties thus also aid in the aches and pains of the Muscular skeletal system.
Garlic: A powerful antiviral herb to defeat veal caring infections and even parasites and larva that are possible contaminated with a virus of either Bacterial or Viral nature.
Dandelion: A blood purifier  to cleanse the blood contaminants thus decreasing the ability to carry an infection throughout.
Raspberry Leaf: A herb great used to purify the Bowels
Anise: a Demuculant that will help bring mucus up from the respiratory system particularly due congestion. ( do not take before bedtime or you may be up all night bringing up mucus)!!!

Herbal Teas Taken as hot as possible are great for the common cold
Elderberry Tea: 8 ounces of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of elderberry powder or dried berries.
Yarrow Tea: ( a powerful Fever Buster); 8 ounces of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of Yarrow Herb dried or fresh.
Echinacea, dandelion and goldenseal  8 ounces of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of each herb; ( great for a healthy immune system ) with also aiding with a LIGHT laxative effect.
Chamomile Anise Tea 8 ounces of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers, 1/2 teaspoon of ground anise seed; powerful Calmative Demuculant This will relax the main systems lawing a better healing process as well as mucus to loosen and extract.

Preparing for a seasonal Change "Cold, Flu & Hay fever"

Preparing your immune system for a season change.
"Cold, Flu & Hay fever"

The Immune System -- An Overview:

The immune system is composed of many interdependent cell types that collectively protect the body from bacterial, parasitic, fungal, viral infections and from the growth of tumor cells. Many of these cell types have specialized functions. The cells of the immune system can engulf bacteria, kill parasites or tumor cells, or kill viral-infected cells. Often, these cells depend on the T helper subset for activation signals in the form of secretions formally known as cytokines, lymphokines, or more specifically interleukins. The purpose of this article is to review the organs, cell types and interactions between cells of the immune system as a commentary on their importance and interdependence on the T helper subset. Such an understanding may help comprehend the root of immune deficiencies, and perceive potential avenues that the immune system can be modulated in the case of specific diseases.

Cold and Flu (influenza) dwells within the  body in the form of bacterias' and during a season change it becomes a shock thus, lowering the threshold of the immune system.
So What do we do?

Maintain healthy main systems; Respiratory, Circulatory, Central Nervous System) This can also be achieved by maintaining a healthy immune system. some herbal supplements are great for this: Echinacea, Echinacea & Goldenseal combination Elderberry, Garlic, Ginger,Astragalus Root, Slippery Elm Bark.

Slippery Elm Bark??? Why this you may say... Slippery Elm Bark will provide nutrition to vital organs and tissue to all the Main Systems as well as the rest of the Bodys Organs.

Garlic at a dosage of 2000 mg. daily per Adult will help as well, This antiviral herb will aid in depressing & eliminating most bacteria's like Echinacea.

Bee Pollen:  be pollen is the only truest way for someone to get a full spectrum of "B" vitamins. without any synthetic compounding from within its own molecular spectrum. In Simple terms this mean the B array is true and both independent and collective in the molecular structuring of the B pollen. there is no derivative that creates a "synthetic" to create anew array of B vitamin. If so as the Molecular structure synthesizes it looses its structuring of it origination therefore the B1 is of a new and independent compound and molecular structure which also works collectively. So it can create a NEW SPectrum(thus a new array) Molecular structure.

Overall this Targets the Central Nervous System thus specifically The GABA receptors thus enhancing the immune system. In addition ( because the Gaba receptor attain a Healthy functionality from the B vitamin spectrum targeting B6, B12, niacin, a nature for of Heathy energy becomes relevant.

Hay fever Hay fever symptoms are similar to the symptoms of Anaphylactic shock shock, This is because histamines are released into the blood and what occurs is vascular dilation. now that the vascular system is dilated there is more of a demand for blood circulation to maintain the volume of blood needed to maintain a normal blood pressure. Initially, there is not so the effects are a deficiency to the main systems as well as the muscular skeletal system.

When this effect the Central nervous system it weakens the immune system and distresses the neurotransmitter ACH which affects the Respiratory system. This is why you get a runny nose or congested,
Furthermore, When histamines are initially released the anaphylactic shock like symptoms can also cause the airways( both nasal and bronchial) to retract this is known as Asthmatic Hay fever.
So what do we do
1. First we need to stop the histamines from entering the bloodstream ( this is done with a anti-histamine herb) Echinacea, Licorice, Cayenne
2. Secondly, We then need to strengthen the immune system from the distress’ it has or is going through(as mentioned above) this can be do with Echinacea, Astragalus, Apple Cider Vinegar, or Fresh Horse Radish.
And during the effects of the spasms from the asthma like effect “Asthmatic Hay fever” we need Cayenne Tincture this will seize the spasm instantly. A good Overall Recover Herb Formula consists of Licorice Root, Astragalus, and Marshmallow Roots Tea.
