There are diseases and illness’  out their that are  antibiotic resistant this means they cannot be treated with antibiotics, simply because the bacteria changes and becomes tolerable to the antibiotic treatment . Recipes for Preppers Series" Raw Honey Cinnamon Bread"

“Raw Honey Cinnamon Bread”
Not only can one turn a simple bread recipe into something that is uplifting and tastes really great.Here is a simple recipe from y grandmother that help us stay healthy. Good ingredients are the key to good health and a great tasting, belly filling recipe So here we go.
This is a good bread recipes that not only fills the belly but helps us stay healthy. its bold country taste also will help us take our minds off of things especially during rough times.  . But above all the best remedy for “ANY “ situation no matter how severe or minute is “TRUST in God”



You will need:


  • 1/4 tspn. Cinnamon; a natural antiseptic
  • 1 tspn. of dried thyme
  • 1/2 tspn. Salt
  • 1//2 tspn. Black Pepper
  • 1/8 cup . Raw wildflower honey; loaded with B complex vitamins and also classified as a derivative of a Superfood “Bee Pollen”
  • 21/2 cups of flour; either a fresh ground hard white grain or a spring hard red is good  or you can use all purpose flour if no grain is available.
  • 2 packages of yeast.
  • 4 cups of milk


Directions:  
1. Bring milk to a low simmer while always stirring and add in honey while always keeping a low warm temperature on the milk. 
2. Take off heat .
3. Add all dry ingredients, flour, yeast,salt,black pepper, cinnamon and mix well with a whisk to incorporate all dry ingredients.
4. Make a well in the center of the flour add milk a little at a time while always incorporating a bit more flour into the well until all milk is used tighten up the does with a bit more flour if needed. 
5. kneed well in a stand mixer with a dough hook for 10-15 minutes. or by hand. this is very important so we get a first good rise.
let sit for 2 -3 hrs or until double in size then form your loaf and let rise again for an hr. 
6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake on bottom shelf for 25-30  minutes or until golden brown.
 7. Check with a cake tester to make sure bread is baked through if it comes out wet its not do put it back in oven for 5 minutes each time until cake tester comes out dry.
You will enjoy this recipe especially on a cold or hot day the aroma from the cinnamon and honey is very uplifting and tastes great.

The Power of Herbs Series for Preppers 
“Honey Powder Recipe”






 

You will need:
  • 1 cup cornstarch 
  • 1 tablespoon Raw liquid honey
  • Small food processor 

Directions:
First place cornstarch in small food processor.
Add honey.

Pulse 3-5 short fast times or until powdery.

Warning do not over pulse or it will become a gell like goop.

Loosen up with a fork if needed 

Sprinkle on a cookie sheet and let dry really well for about 3-5 day pace in jar.

If you would like a finer granular powder after this process and if it is hard dried and not sticky place back in food processor and pulse 2 quick fast pulses.


Tip: Before you use it or often when not using it (but not necessary give it a few shakes and or twists to loosen it up from any condensation that might of formed 

This is great for teas or  where sweeteners are needed and you do not want to worry about spillage. 



Note: The Purpose for the drying out phase is an added bonus, as you know when something dries or dehydrates it becomes a natural concentrated form of itself

It's Simple Fun an Cost Effective

Herbal infuse honey is an excellent way to formulate the herbal properties with the powerful properties of raw honey. it can be used to make fraps, lates, licorices,ar taken as is or even as as tonic or to top a hot or cold serial thus, adding an earthly and fresher flavor to your serial or beverage.



Do you like naturally brewed iced tea Iced tea without sugar then try this infuse fresh mint in your raw honey and then add a teaspoon or two to it. Its natural and taste great. and if you noticed you are getting headaches a lot try this. brew fresh chamomile tea then that same mint infused honey will bring it all together. First the chamomile tea is naturally decaffeinated, and the Mint with help aid in the headaches in a VERY mild way ( mint is a natural mild nervine thus relieving inflammation throughout the body and the brain as well in both the muscular and scelatol styes as well as the Centeral Nervous Systems.









"Mint Infused Honey"




You will need:
4 ounces of fresh raw honey Wildflower is the best overall in my opinion flavor wise and powerful against colds flus,allergies hay fever.
2 tablespoons of fresh mint
pint size glass jar  ALSO follow the recipe instructions here  simply use your infused recipe to flavor your frap or latte.



Directions:
Take 4 oz. of raw honey ( Support your local Bee Keepers/ Farms)
add about 4 tablespoons of fresh mint 2 teaspoons if dryed  
stir well let sit for 1-2 weeks strain the herbs out from the honey 
That's It 








Tip: as soon as you se you herbal honey begin to crystalize it is at that time you can make your own herbal creamed honey. simply whip  the honey with a hand mixer until herbal honey has a cream like texture.




You may want to make a lot more than just 4 oz. once you try this stuff its addicting all year long . 
Another note Honey has an indefinite shelf life . however if it begins to crystalize simple place the jar in warm water and that will solve that issue.
