Add all ingredients together in a dark color bottle and percus 35 times to dispense all the oils and begin the propagation . let sit overnight to propagate.
Add 4 drops to one quart of distilled water in a sprayer bottle. Alternatively you can use a standard simple steam vaporizer that hold 1-2 gallons of water and add 6 drops and a pinch of salt to the water in the vaporizer . The salt will increase the steam levels but only add a pinch.
add alcohol then oils then mix them both well then add the distilled water and shake before each use.
Great!! I just have a couple questions? how do you use the preparation? inhalation therapy, ingesting? if orally, at what dosage? I always heard you can not ingest essential oils. thanks again.
ReplyDeleteHi pal,
DeleteThis varient is not to be ingested and is for external use only. Place a drop or 2 on your finger and place it on your neckline behind your earlobes and on the bottom of your feet. Always keeping it away from your eyes and if you are pregnant. Also not to be used on or near young children. It also can be used in steam distillation 2 to 3 drops in a smalll 2 gallon steam vaporizer. This will sanitize the enviorment free from bacteria virus' fungus and microbes.
