Making a Power Survival Tonic in Detail

A Tonic is used to supplement the nutrition of the ENTIRE human anatomy and main systems and vital organs independently and collectively. 
The Goal is to supply nutrition mainly to the Central Nervous system which will help all the other main systems and dispense necessary nutrients to the skeletal and muscular systems. 

Note: Each superfood/herb is absorbed at a 1. different rate, 2. and absorb more in different parts of the body. This is because the natural enzymes attach itself to the molecular structure AS NEEDED until fulfilled.(Complete)  e.g. a certain herb may absorb more effectively in the intestinal wall or GI track or even blood stream (vascular wall because their is a better Nutrient call or pathway to a targeted area or system of the body. 





Take Slippery Elm bark, this herb is so nutritious that if famine broke out one could nutritionally survive on it alone. It is also said that it is the only herb that will go through the entire body and every organ individually and if there happens to be a ulcer or cancerous sore/tumor it will remain around the ulcer or sore or tumor and provide nutrients and eliminate the cancer from the sore nutritionally.

A good natural survival tonic powder recipe

10 ounces of warm filtered water
1/8 part Bee Pollen 
2 parts slippery elm bark
1 part Chlorella
1 part Spiruilla
Take this in a natural non processed juice or warm water can be sweetened with RAW Wildflower honey.

Follow up with a tablespoon of Coconut oil both right before and immediately after This will bring this nutritional tonic to a new level both absortionwise and the way it is distorted molecularly but Naturally without ANY synthisization(s)

      Although unable to remove metals from your body as chlorella Spiruilina is considered a superfood, it is a nutrition rich algae. This superfood is So powerful and nutritional it is said to be able to end world hunger it also can help save someone from arsenic poisoning. and also to is an immune system booster It also has a powerful effect of defeating Candida.
      Starting off With Spiruilina:

      Because Spiruilina is a potent detoxifier it is said to start off with 3 grams and slowly and gradually work yourself up. but be careful its high protein content can cause a slight fever until your body acclimates to it. Also it can cause sleepiness due to its powerful detoxification properties.

  2. Sorry, but I am confused, how much is a part in this case, using 10oz of water? 1 part 2 parts?, what is the base line? I mixed 2 tablespoons of slippery elm, 1 gram of Chlorella and 1 tablespoon of Spiruilla and 1/2 tablespoon of bee pollen (2 grams)? Mixed all in 10oz of water. This made a nice paste? I then took 1 tablespoon of the mix and drank it in a glass of warm water with honey. Thanks for your time.

  3. And that is correct this is a tonic that has a consistency of a herbal gruel. (slippery Elm Bark powder). This also is the baseline for the nutritional foundation of this tonic although enhanced by the following super foods; bee pollen. chloral, spiruilina. now the molecular composition(s) of the 3 super foods can attach themselves through a process called synthisization and create and through the slippery elm bark redistribute these all new and synthesized enzymes. providing that nutrition level to survive.

  4. Great, thanks for the quick response. Now how do I take it, do you drink the whole thing? It expanded enough to fill a 1qt mason jar and seemed to be growing? Again thanks for your time. I have not said it yet but I check your site often and find it very informative.

    Another great point made,
    Slippery elm bark will absorb 20 time its weight take Adults can take it 1-2 times a day this is very powerful stuff do not overload your system start off once a day for 2 weeks ; let your body acclimate to the tonic and it will make all the necessary molecular adjustments( due to the extremely high levels of nutrients read our post 3 supper foods for survival to get in depth detail. Please always feel free to question anytime and as much as you need. also note if you you ever make it to thick just eat it like baby food. another rule of thumb for all herbs are 2 hrs. before and or 2 hrs. after if you are currently taking any phama meds.
