A few things a prepper should consider when bugging out or in. is am I realistically prepared to handle a situation if it happens? But further more over prepping is not uncommon or a crime I personally believe it is a good thing. There is a saying that goes like this” It is better to be prepared for a situation and not have one; than to not be prepared and have one”

Your buging out (alone ore with your family) you are driving and all of a sudden you hit traffic, traffic from a control point during martial law or not  just congestion from everyone trying to get out of the area now you are at a standstill for days are you prepared to bug out into a wooded region for a few days in any climate or weather condition? staying in a car can have psychological effects on someone . but you are bugged out and finally get settled. However, during some time members in your group are experiencing pains maybe tooth ache , headaches, anxiety, panic attacks general nervousness or even a sprained ankle from collecting wood for a fire for your camp or helping someone else.  or even a laceration and how about keeping those bugs away so you can bug out and sleep at night or day particularly during the summer.

Surviving with Herbs series "Diabetic Herbs"

"Diabetic Herbs"
Target: All Main Systems
Survival: Medicine

There is hope and happiness for those of you who have diabetes and seek alternative solution. The key is to know and understand what diabetes is.

In short: diabetes is the malfunction of normal distribution of insulin into the blood.
So why and what can potentially cause this?
First off a damaged or dysfunctional adrenal gland.
Damaged Alpha nodes in the liver caused by overstressed nodular activity(s) from a poor diet, genetics,an injury, excessive alcohol or from excessive and abusive uses of pharmaceutical drugs. These Alpha nodes in the liver can handle so much stress before they are subjected to failure(s). irregular and unregulated insulin flow to the pancreas for further delivery of insulin throughout the body as needed.
God Bless,

So what can we do to help all this out but naturally?

First, you need to slowly and safely “DETOX” your system from toxins and neurotoxin, this will help elevate the stress’ that cause your pancreas and liver and main systems to wok “HARDER” to deliver a consistent and normal regulated insulin flow as called upon without any resistances from stress’.

Second, to supply Nutritional Supplementation to aid in the prep for healing the damage particularly from applied stress’, abusive alcohol and substances and even physical injury.

Thirdly, Vitamin particularly B complex for Central Nervous System support it is the Central Nervous system through healthy neurotransmissions to the liver that also partake in the call and delivery of a normal insulin flow as well as the recall and to what rate of degree both are applied.

Finally, Healing needs to take place and over time through all of the above this can only happen and may require sacrifice but efforts will pay off.

So Which herbs do what and can play a major roll in all of the above?

Detox: dandelion, burdock root, milk thistle,  Turmeric root, pure lemon juice, pure lime juice, Goldenseal root, Cinnamon, Cayenne

The important thing is to stay calm and cool Yes, cool do not drink anything hot for it will bring your blood to the surface

Tea Tree Oil diluted with a little bit of water and applied to the effected areas with a cotton ball. The relief could be quite quick.!!!

Grindelia (Grindelia spp.). While working first-aid tents at events like the Rainbow Gathering, 7Song turns to grindelia for cases of poison ivy. He says grindelia, a perennial herb native to the southwestern United States, works for most people. Kathy Abascal, director of the Botanical Medicine Academy in Vashon, Washington, and co-author of Clinical Botanical Medicine (Mary Ann Liebert, 2003), adds, "It seems to reduce the itching and the inflammation." Grindelia is not well studied, so we don't know how it specifically works. Apply grindelia tincture straight on the rash or dilute it slightly with water. This should make the itching stop immediately, 7Song says. If it doesn't, time for another trick

Goldenseal: Make a paste out of the powdered plant preferably the roots and apply to effected area ill help with rash detoxing( drawing out the poisons (all because of its natural antiseptic properties.

Oatmeal Paste:  Make the oatmeal thick dry and pasty and apply it to the effected areas this will help dry it out a help stop the itching.
Bentonite Clay:Rosemary Gladstar, the Vermont-based founder of United Plant Savers and author of Rosemary Gladstar's Family Herbal (Storey, 2001), once used her toothpaste in desperation on a nasty bout of poison oak. It worked better than her tried-and-true remedies. The toothpaste company is no longer in business, but you can make a paste yourself by mixing green clay, salt and white vinegar, then adding a few drops of peppermint essential oil. Clay can be used in many ways. Any type will help draw out irritating oils and soothe your itch. Even mud will do in a pinch, says Andrea Candee of South Salem, New York, and author of Gentle Healing for Baby & Child (Pocket Books, 2003). 7Song generally uses bentonite (available at health-food stores and herb shops) because it is strong and cheap. Mix it with your choice of soothing and disinfecting herbs, like slippery elm and goldenseal. Gladstar sometimes adds a few drops of tea tree or lavender essential oil. "You can make [the clay] ahead of time. It won't dry out as long as the lid is on tightly," Gladstar says. Spread the damp clay on your rash as often as needed and let it dry there. You also can use this clay on mosquito and black fly bites
