How To make whole grain cereals

Heathy Herbs and Nutrition Series “ Roasted Grain Cereal”

Roasted wheat berries combined with regular wheat berries make a great hot cereal with a lot of flavor and boldness not to speak of its nutritional and overall health values.  Wheat berries are fun and easy to work with you can cook them hot or soak them and eat them cool in a salad with some greens walnuts and cranberries.
Wheat helps with cholesterol problems as well as diabetes and it provides many B complex vitamins.

Roasting the Berries:
You can ether bake a thin even layer on a cookie sheet  for 10 minutes at 300 degrees or get a dry frying pan really hot and add slowly about a 1/2 cup at a time for a few seconds then once they start snapping cracking and popping take them off the heat and shake the fry pan side to side (as you would do with popcorn) then place back on heat again for a few seconds and repeat the above process until all berries are a dark brown. you make get a few burnt ones but not to worry leave them in . The darker the berries are roasted the more nuttier the flavor it will be.

Cooling the roasted berries:

Place all berries on another cookie sheet to completely cool . Once completely cooled add 2 more parts of unfrosted berries and mix together this will be your grinding mixture.

Grinding the berries:
I currently am using a kitchen aid stand mixer with a grinder attachment these are great because yo can grind from a course feed type grind to a fine flour  type grind. after I cooled the berries and added the other 2 parts of non roasted berries  i set my grinder on corse and run the berries through slowly. you should get a yield of 1.5 times the amount of berries  as a final product.
Making a Wheatina Grind: I go 3 lines before the coarsest setting
Making a Farina Grind: I go 6 lines before the coursest setting

Do not worry about getting a fine flour in your ground cereal thats ok it will add as a thickening agent so your cereal is not like a watery soup.

The Mixture:

  • 2 cups hard red spring berries “ROASTED”
  • 2 cups of hard white berries
  • 2 cups of hard spring red berries

Cooking the Cereal:
I use 1/2 cup of cereal
2  cups of water

Directions:

Bring water to a hard boil add cereal slowly while stirring or you will get nothing but clumps. once all cereal is incorporated into the water lower to a low -med heat for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

The Outcome:

A tasteful meal loaded with flavor and nutrition, B1, B3,B5, magnesium, manganese, calcium , vitamin E , protein, fiber. and NO:

  • Salt
  • Cholesterol
  • Saturated fats
  • Sugars
  • Trans fats

Beating The ‘Dirty Survivalists’ Myth – How To Keep Clean The Natural Way
Cleanliness is very important. Drugs and improved knowledge of anatomy have helped us to advance medically, sure, but few things have revolutionized the preservation of human health quite so much as the discovery of the importance of hygiene. Poor hygiene in hospitals is frequently described with no exaggeration as “a matter of life and death” [1]. Furthermore, a clean and fresh body and environment is incredibly good for us, psychologically speaking. Researchers have found that personal cleanliness renders the judgement of others upon us “less severe” [2]. Other sources claim that a clean home, as well as harboring fewer germs, can render us happier, less stressed, and less likely to experience conflict in our personal lives. However, these days we tend to associate cleaning with the use of artificial chemicals. What on earth would we do were these chemicals denied us? Would we have to resort to living in filth? Well, no. There are plenty of natural ways to keep ourselves and our environments clean and serene. Here are just a few.
Cleaning Your Home
A clean environment in which to live is vital on many levels. Not only does it keep you and your family healthy, it also makes you feel in control of your life, and provides a pleasant impression for visitors. It also ensures that your home – wherever or whatever it be – is likely to be better maintained than it otherwise would. In today’s world, home insurers are likely to lower premiums for properties which are demonstrably clean and well-kept, as this implies that the house is less likely to attract pests, or generally fall into the kind of disrepair which may necessitate a payout. Although insurance may not be an issue in the potential world of tomorrow, home maintenance probably will be. Letting dirt accumulate quickly leads to the erosion of the fabric of your home, as well as encouraging vermin and insect pests to set up shop there and get to work on your valuable food supplies (all while distributing germs liberally through your pantry). Without the aid of chemical cleaning tools, there are plenty of alternatives which you can use to keep home degradation at bay. Here are just a few of them:
Vinegar – Vinegar, with its acidic properties, is a fantastic cleaning tool. It’s not hard to come by, either. As long as someone is making wine or cider, you can use the leftovers to make vinegar. As Ohio State University point out [3], however, the corrosive properties of vinegar are so great that you’d be advised to make it in a wooden rather than a metal container. Once you have your vinegar (white ideally), mix it into a solution of nine parts water, one part vinegar, and use it the way you would a chemical antibacterial spray. You’ll be amazed at how effective it is!
Lemon Oil – Lemon oil, like vinegar, is also acidic and antibacterial. It has the advantage over vinegar of smelling much nicer! You can use a lemon sliced in half to clean shiny metal surfaces like brass – if they’re particularly troublesome, and need an abrasive scrub, add salt and scrub off with the lemon. A lemon rubbed over a tough stain and left overnight will work wonders at stain removal, and lemon juice kills a whole host of harmful germs.
Baking Soda – If you can get hold of baking soda, then you’re in luck. Baking soda is not the easiest thing to manufacture, but neither is it impossible in a post-industrial world. Baking soda neutralizes odors as well as often removing stains, making it a fantastic all-purpose cleaner.
Salt – Salt, particularly kosher salt, is a great antiseptic. A salt solution mixed with vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda, or essential herb oils (for a great-scented home) and spritzed onto problem areas will make an amazing cleaning material. It provides that extra abrasive touch needed for tougher dirt.
Cleaning Yourself
Personal hygiene is very important for both physical and psychological health. In truth, we probably don’t need to wash quite as often as we do. Experts believe that we “over-bathe” [4] in modern society, which is actually counterproductive as it involves washing away protective substances in our skin and hair which actually protect and deodorize us. Having said this, however, bathing fulfils an important psychological need for many of us, and it’s certainly true that keeping ourselves clean makes others think much better of us. With this in mind, here are a few natural products which you can use to keep yourself fresh and lovely.
Honey – It may sound odd, given how sticky the stuff is, but you can wash your hair in honey. It’s great at getting rid of unwanted grease in your hair and, unlike modern detergent shampoos, it does it without stripping your hair of essential oils. It’s a fantastic conditioner as well. Use 1 part honey to 3 parts water, and add some essential oils should you feel like a sensual, scented experience. Lavender oil works particularly well. Carrot seed oil is also great for hair nourishment, if you have trouble with brittle hair and frizz.
Apple Cider Vinegar – Apple cider vinegar is a great all-purpose cleanser for both hair and body. It’ll get rid of any grime and dirt with ease. If you fear that you’ll smell a bit ‘vinegary’ after use, then add a few drops of some scented herbal oil.
Saponins -  Saponins are herbs which can be induced to lather up rather like soaps, and have similar cleansing benefits. Examples include wild yam, ginseng, licorice, horsechestnuts, alfalfa, sarsaparilla and lily of the valley. These (usually the roots) must be mashed, and added to water to make a pleasing lather which you can use to wash your face and body.

Antibiotic Resistant Modifiers

"Antibiotic Resistant Modifiers"

TARGET: All Main Systems,
SURVIVAL: Medicine

There are diseases and illness’  out their that are  antibiotic resistant this means they cannot be treated with antibiotics, simply because the bacteria changes and becomes tolerable to the antibiotic treatment . (in simple form) however there are powerful herbs and I mean powerhouses that are classified as “ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT MODIFIERS”  these are herbs that make the new bacteria non tolerable to the natural properties within the herb this is achieved through anti oxidation process’ and oxygenation process’ that the herbs also provides. Some process’ may, (depending on the bacteria) need to either inhibit or create a calcium channel(s)

Calcium Channels are molecular structures in the body which allow cells to transmit electrical charges to each other through the calcium channel.

Calcium is a vital signaling molecule that mediates muscle contraction, neurotransmission, gene expression and more. There are two main types of calcium channels; voltage-gated calcium channels, which open in response to changes in membrane potential and ligand-gated calcium channels,

Furthermore, Herbal extraction(s) Essential oils, Tinctures, Concoctions with high levels of concentrated enzymes( achieved through forced distillation and or cold infused (Single, Double, or Triple) or reduction methods to achieve a concentrated extraction aid in in coping with methicillin resistance.

A few powerful herbs that are ( but not limited to!!!):

Antibiotic resistant modifiers are:
Please note these are SUPER powerhouse herbs
Garlic: This herb increases both oxygenation and circulation and has the potential(depending on the bacteria to create calcium channels, This is due to the reaction(s) from acylcine which is a powerful antibody itself.
Lavender: for its anti-microbil  and antibacterial properties
Thyme:This her ha a very high O.R.A.C. level to decrease oxidation as well as provide antibodies to defeat the bacteria while confining it to a specific region. this region calcium channels are inhibited to prevent distribution throughout through these channels while also providing a means for oxidation.
Clove: A powerful antiviral,Antibacterial with anesthetic properties to aid in the relief of stress applied to a main system by slowing and or completed defeating the antibody resistance with its anistetic properties
Cayenne: This herb increases oxygenation of the blood while increasing circulation, creating calcium channels
White willow bark Thin and increases blood flow to deliver larger amounts of oxogen when called for by a main system.
Slippery Elm:this herb provides nutritional support while creating calcium channels
Ginger Root: This is a powerful antiviral that to aids in the relief of stress on all the main systems as well as the skeletal muscular system.
Oregano: for its powerful anti-viral anti-bacterial properties ( primary with greek oregano)
Cinnamon: for its antiseptic properties no virus or bacteria mutation(s) can live within the antiseptic properties of cinnamon.
Goldenseal: for the purity and powerful antiseptic properties
Bee Pollen/Propolis: for its powerful and purest form  of antiseptic properties along with the truest and purest unsynthesized form of B complex vitamins ,Enzymes, amino acids and nutrition(s) this is achieved from the cross pollination patterns of the bees during collection of pollen. This alone helps maintain a healthy Central nervous system and immune system

NOTE:
There are other Antibiotic Resistant Modifier herbs within Traditional, Egyptian, Greek,Chinese and Ayurveda Medicine. Which we will begin to get into VERY SHORTLY!!! These herbs date back over 3,500 years with great success.
