Juicing for Weight Loss

Note:
I added this because dieting nutritionally is a vital component for any nutritional survivalist... "Discipline" , "Determination", "Will Power" . Watch for the Apple Cider Tonic for weight loss in a couple of days so come back daily and get a variety of new nutritional juicing recipes to maintaining and sustaining a healthy lifestyle.

Juicing for Weight Loss
Adding freshly juiced fruits and vegetables to your weight-loss plan can be a smart strategy, provided you use the juice in conjunction with other foods, and your only source of calories. When you lose weight, you can substitute lower calorie fruit and vegetable juice for higher calorie foods and beverages to help create a calorie deficit.
   Low Calories
Vegetables and fruits contain few calories per serving when compared to higher calorie foods such as granola bars, chips, desserts and even whole-grain cereals. A kiwi has 42 calories, a small banana contains 90 calories, 1 1/2 cup of romaine lettuce has 12 calories and a 5 inch stalk of celery contains 3 calories. Although healthy and necessary while dieting, whole-grain shredded cereal has about 185 calories per 24 pieces. If you eliminate 600 calories a day in higher calorie foods and consume a 100 calorie juiced beverage in their place, you gain vitamins and minerals while still having a calorie deficit of 500 calories per day.
    Increased Fruit and Vegetable Intake
While just eating juiced fruits and vegetables will not automatically cause you to lose pounds, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention indicates that there may be a correlation between fruit and vegetable consumption and weight loss. The CDC explains that both foods contain few calories, increase how full you feel and may help you stay away from higher calorie choices. You may find it difficult to eat an apple, a bunch of baby spinach, a carrot and a stalk of celery in one sitting, but may find it easy to juice the fruits and vegetables together and drink the delicious result.
    Convenience and Freshness
Juicing your own drinks enables you to choose the combinations that appeal to you, and lets you decide when you want to drink your freshly squeezed beverage. When you juice a food, you consume not only the juice, but also part of the edible leaves, some pulp and fruit solids that you may miss if you consume a commercial juice product, according to Steven Bailey, author of "Juice Alive: The Ultimate Guide to Juicing Remedies." A cup of raw carrots has 3.6 g of fiber, but a 1/2 cup of commercially available carrot juice contains less than 1 g of fiber.
     Strategies
Select the freshest possible produce to juice to give yourself the most nutritional value, recommends Bailey. When possible, look for organic fruits to avoid pesticides and other chemicals often found on fruits and vegetables. Combine vegetables such as beets, celery and carrots for a healthy beverage, or juice lettuce, cucumbers and carrots together for a tangy, vitamin filled drink. Drinking a sweet juice may help you avoid eating desserts or candy, both of which offer little nutrition and have high calories. Options for sweet juices include juicing pineapple, apples and lemons together, or juicing pitted peaches, apples and strawberries into a tasty drink.

Toxins and Neurotoxins Awareness

"Toxins and Neurotoxins Awareness"

Why is it so important why you should know this is because it effects the most important main system of the body. " the Central Nervous System" a system that controls and manipulates all the other systems functionality. During hard time a week or stressed system particularly due to lack of nutrition will cause fatigue, poor thought process, poor judgement. and overall weakness. giving the other person to take advantage of the difficult circumstances among you to their benefit. But a healthy System and Mindset will prevent that and give you the "UPPER HAND" and advantage over your opposition.
God Bless,

"What is a Neurotoxin?
A toxin is a substance produced by an organism that causes harm when introduced to another organism and usually results in the production of some neutralizing agents (i.e. antitoxins).  Neurotoxins are toxins that target the nervous system and disrupt the signaling that allows neurons to communicate effectively.  Some neurotoxins achieve this by interrupting the ion channels, while other neurotoxins inhibit the signaling molecules that propagate the action potential from one neuron to the next.

One well-known neurotoxin that disrupts sodium channels, a very important ion channel for the production and propagation of action potentials, is tetrodotoxin.  Similar to a cork in a wine bottle, TTX stops ions from flowing through the ion channel by acting as a plug.  Without the movement of sodium across the neuronal membrane, neurons are not able to properly send signals and communication in the nervous system ceases."

When Neurotixins are present it is vital to safely and to begin detoxing with antioxidants, flushing, herbal aids and nutritional supplementation(s)

Using antioxidants: Herbs such as Green tea and others with High ORAC levels such as
Thyme (80k-90k ORAC),Oregano 80k (ORAC), Clove (10 mil. ORAC)

"Herbs for Food Poisoning"

Once again a form of human poisoning requires detoxification to eliminate safely all toxins and neurotoxins. In order to provide a natural solution for Food Poisoning in must be done Safely and slowly and in stages.
Detox and Flushing:

I. The first step is to range your diet and even refrain from eating as much as possible but providing all the nutritional values for each step. This will ultimately act as a foundation for the next steps efficiency. So the better each step is the more effective the following step will be individually and collectivey.

II. The second step requires a slow and safe detoxification and flush this will overall eliminate toxins and Neurotoxins that create stress for the Main Systems. Particularly the Central Nervous System.
Finally we must provide Nutritional supplementation(s) to replenish and rebuild all the nutritional values schema without OVERLOADING and or shocking the systems.

A few good detox( dieritic)herbs for food poisoning are but not limited to are:

  • Dandelion Root: a detoxing herb for the blood and abdominal organs.
  • Burdock Root: another powerful good purifier targeting Bacterias of all kinds
  • Licorice Root: This herb will increase mildly the urine flow aiding in the detox  and flushing process, this herb will also begin the healing process of any damage to the vascular and cellular walls of the lower abdominal organs.
  • Nettle: has natural diuretic properties that facilitate good cleansing.
  • Green Tea: a natural Diuretic
  • Apple cider Vinegar: a natural Diuretic that has been used with success for years
  • Ginger Root: This will help calm spasms and feeling of nausea and has antiviral properties.  Ginger also  is an antiseptic and carminative substance. As a result, it can be used to treat food poisoning. It is also used for treating intestinal infections and bacterial dysentery.

  • Garlic: a natural Diuretic with antibiotic properties.
  • Radishes: a natural diuretic to increase urine flow through the stimulation of the Kidneys

III. The Third Step Requires maintaining a healthy diet eliminating all fast, dairy, fried and processed foods.
followed by nutritional supplementation  this will enhance the potentially weekend immune system and other organ functionalities particularly the communication(s) of the neurotransmitters to the Brain for overall and healthy functionality.

Nutritional Supplementation(s)

  • Slippery Elm Bark
  • Dandelion Greens
  • Chlorella

Also Note it is said one may use Activated Charcoal or the charcoal from burnt toast. Be careful doing so for it will strip your systems harshly clean of any other medications within your system.

Secondarily Notes: It is also said the Herb White Willow Bark can be used as a tincture or tea to aid in the pains particularly headaches due to food poisioning. It is also said the amino acids "Taurine and Gaba help reduce the levels of neurotoxins and in some cashes flushing them clean from the body in addition to the other steps.

OVERALL: A slow recovery is a safe recovery and will help the overall process with great success as well as reinforcing as a secondary defensive measure against other situations and not limited to food poisoning because each time you shock your system with an abrupt and or aggressive  detox or healing process you do more damage to the main systems making you more susceptive to another attack or illness.
