God Bless,

Juicing for Weight Loss
Adding freshly juiced fruits and vegetables to your weight-loss plan can be a smart strategy, provided you use the juice in conjunction with other foods, and your only source of calories. When you lose weight, you can substitute lower calorie fruit and vegetable juice for higher calorie foods and beverages to help create a calorie deficit.
   Low Calories
Vegetables and fruits contain few calories per serving when compared to higher calorie foods such as granola bars, chips, desserts and even whole-grain cereals. A kiwi has 42 calories, a small banana contains 90 calories, 1 1/2 cup of romaine lettuce has 12 calories and a 5 inch stalk of celery contains 3 calories. Although healthy and necessary while dieting, whole-grain shredded cereal has about 185 calories per 24 pieces. If you eliminate 600 calories a day in higher calorie foods and consume a 100 calorie juiced beverage in their place, you gain vitamins and minerals while still having a calorie deficit of 500 calories per day.
    Increased Fruit and Vegetable Intake
While just eating juiced fruits and vegetables will not automatically cause you to lose pounds, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention indicates that there may be a correlation between fruit and vegetable consumption and weight loss. The CDC explains that both foods contain few calories, increase how full you feel and may help you stay away from higher calorie choices. You may find it difficult to eat an apple, a bunch of baby spinach, a carrot and a stalk of celery in one sitting, but may find it easy to juice the fruits and vegetables together and drink the delicious result.
    Convenience and Freshness
Juicing your own drinks enables you to choose the combinations that appeal to you, and lets you decide when you want to drink your freshly squeezed beverage. When you juice a food, you consume not only the juice, but also part of the edible leaves, some pulp and fruit solids that you may miss if you consume a commercial juice product, according to Steven Bailey, author of "Juice Alive: The Ultimate Guide to Juicing Remedies." A cup of raw carrots has 3.6 g of fiber, but a 1/2 cup of commercially available carrot juice contains less than 1 g of fiber.
     Strategies
Select the freshest possible produce to juice to give yourself the most nutritional value, recommends Bailey. When possible, look for organic fruits to avoid pesticides and other chemicals often found on fruits and vegetables. Combine vegetables such as beets, celery and carrots for a healthy beverage, or juice lettuce, cucumbers and carrots together for a tangy, vitamin filled drink. Drinking a sweet juice may help you avoid eating desserts or candy, both of which offer little nutrition and have high calories. Options for sweet juices include juicing pineapple, apples and lemons together, or juicing pitted peaches, apples and strawberries into a tasty drink.

Milk over time coagulates and having spoiled or gone bad However, if the milk is stored in a temperature controlled environment ( between 30 to 40 degrees Celsius) (86 to 108 degrees Fahrenheit)

Lactic Acid Bacteria are found in abundance in sour milk and this helps remove toxin producing bacterias in the intestines.

II.Soured milk is a food product, produced from the acidification of milk. It is not the same as spoiled milk that has soured naturally and which may contain toxins. Acidification, which gives the milk a tart taste, is achieved either through the addition of an acid, such as lemon juice or vinegar, or through bacterial fermentation. The acid causes milk to coagulate and form a thicker consistency and inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria and thus improves its shelf life. Soured milk that is produced by bacterial fermentation is more specifically called fermented milk or cultured milk.[1] Soured milk that is produced by the addition of an acid, with or without the addition of microbial organisms, is more specifically called acidified milk.[1] In the United States, acids that used in the manufacture of acidified milk include acetic acid (commonly found in vinegar), adipic acid, citric acid (commonly found in lemon juice), fumaric acid, glucono-delta-lactone, hydrochloric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, phosphoric acid, succinic acid, and tartaric acid.
Soured milk is commonly sold and consumed in Europe and especially in Scandinavia, Germany, and Eastern Europe (Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus). Since the 1970s, some producers have used chemical acidification in place of biological agents.[2][3][4][5]
